The valuation you estimate will require a few years payback...whereas the benefits to the stock price of GTVH if they stayed would be DRAMATIC and IMMEDIATE. This is an unforced bonehead move. Leal could easily hire this girl to come in a run it as General Manager with any authority she needs to operate. Leal could hire a pro to navigate the rules of share buybacks. He could devote all his time to Construction and spend an hour or so a week on GTVH. Leal is leaving a hundred million on table for himself and each shareholder goes from generational wealth to risk of bag holding. This is fucking stupid.
