Javier is the CEO for the SNTX so he would be the one to offer SNTX stock dividends to GTVH's shareholders to pay for GTVH's Deep South and GoldenEra.

In a previous Spaces call, Javier confirmed that the SNTX would pay for those specific GTVH assets solely by way of SNTX shares. No cash will be involved.

I am confident that if this deal happens, GTVH's Deep South and GoldenEra will be fairly valued and I am estimating an approximate SNTX stock price for said dividends to be set at $.015.

So, for example, if Deep South and GoldenEra are combined in value to be $6 million and the SNTX acquisition price will be set at $.015/share, then SNTX could offer 400 million SNTX dividend shares to GTVH shareholders.

Now, we calculate GTVH's OS at 12 billion divided by 400 million equals 30.

For every 30 GTVH shares you may own, you may receive ONE SNTX share dividend.

I have simply given a very approximate SNTX purchase scenario so who knows what the final outcome will be if this acquisition happens.
