That money from DSE and Golden Era could have and should be used to buy back GTVH shares and provide plenty of working capital for Go Fast. Just like he said he was going to do. Being under SNTX creates no advantage in the field. The valuation you estimate will require a few years payback...whereas the benefits to the stock price of GTVH if they stayed would be DRAMATIC and IMMEDIATE. This is an unforced bonehead move. Leal could easily hire this girl to come in a run it as General Manager with any authority she needs to operate. Leal could hire a pro to navigate the rules of share buybacks. He could devote all his time to Construction and spend an hour or so a week on GTVH. Leal is leaving a hundred million on table for himself and each shareholder goes from generational wealth to risk of bag holding. This is fucking stupid. Leal can run the very same companies from the very same seat...what difference does it make which umbrella? With the girl he would not have to work on the drinks stuff. He spent years trying develop Go Fast...and now he just basically is letting it go? And he says he spent $500 g of his own money.
