Ghost...you might have answered your own question. If the issue of receiver fees is not yet settled, would not that be the reason why the judge has not lifted the Receivership. What am I missing?
In my opinion, the receiver lawyer will be getting paid soon and the receivership will finally be lifted.
I called judge Gomez’s clerk. She said he will most likely come through with a ruling later this week. The last time she said that to me Gomez ruled the following week. He’s slow walked this entire case so why not slow walk the last bit?
