Just checked the receivership case and the Judge signed the order to release the funds to pay Atlantic Wave's attorney's fees, but he order specifically denied all other relief and also state that all outstanding motions were denied as moot. The court also signed the order for our attorney to withdraw. So the receivership is still in effect but we no longer have lawyers. Seems the only outstanding issue would be the receivers fees as the Atlantic Wave judgement has already been paid AND their attorneys fees have now been paid. This is really not what I was hoping for. Not really sure what comes next in this case, we just have to wait and see.
