I simply meant that I don't know if we are going to enter an agreement to the receivers fee or fight the issue further. There were other issues, motions outstanding, like motions to intervene and the receivers motion to expand, that seemed to be denied as moot. So curious why the Judge just didn't make a finding of the receivers fee and close it all up. Seems like the judge doesn't want to make a decision (that could get overturned) so he is forcing an agreement on the fees. But that is my best guess, that's why I don't know really what comes next. Are we going to fight it or just give in and agree? Path of least resistance is an agreement, and that is what I think should happen, even if it cost a few hundred thousand more dollars. But the real problem is that we no longer have lawyers to negotiate with the receiver, and MS can't negotiate alone on behalf of CYBL because CYBL is an entity that needs an attorney.
