I like the LOI between Libest and Amprius but LOIs tend not to hold weight to them because something could happen and 1 mil production can dwindle to 200,000 a year. The LOI only means it's Libest's intent to do 1 mil. My post here isn't meant to hurt the strength of this LOI, but I have seen many LOIs with companies that I've invested in and sometimes the LOI doesn't hold up...something usually happens with the strength of a LOI.
