Of the 2.95 Billion Total Outstanding Shares, 1.92 Billion are Restricted and only 1.03 Billion are Unrestricted of which 943M are Held At The DTC.
Renewals "attorney" screwed up again. He filed a "notice" of dismissal and not a motion for dismissal. They were notified of the deficiency of the filing and took no action to correct it. So, the Judge took it upon herself to go ahead and dismiss all claims against Costello and ruled the motion of stay moot. So how can a judgment be entered against Costello??
