The common shares are in Costello's name. Ya don't sue Sears to get money from Lowes, do ya? How can there be a judgment against Costello if he's not part of the suit??? Why don't one of you that have the Complaint and motion for Judgement with supporting docs post it for everybody to see? So maybe, folks can understand what Hawkins is thinking.
