Renewals "attorney" screwed up again. He filed a "notice" of dismissal and not a motion for dismissal. They were notified of the deficiency of the filing and took no action to correct it. So, the Judge took it upon herself to go ahead and dismiss all claims against Costello and ruled the motion of say moot. So how can a judgment be entered against Costello??

Anybody have the attorneys name? is it Alan T Hawkins?
