ilovetech, I love your prediction for tomorrow's open and hope you're right!
3. The "Crest" Advantage (For Your Peace of Mind): The biggest "automatic" change isn't the location of your shares, but the Security of the Settlement. When the LSE becomes the primary venue, the shares are settled through Crest.[/quote]
ilovetech, are you predicting that: 1) we're leaving the OTC? or We're staying on the OTC but none of the American MMs will be involved in setting our price? 2) What does the 75% sovereign money available on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) actually mean to our shares? Will it dilute our shares? 3) What happens to the shorts? Will they be forced to cover? Or will they somehow continue to exist on the US Stock Exchange?
Settlement Rules. 4. Do I need to do anything? In 99% of cases: Nothing. Your broker handles the back-end routing. You just wake up on Monday morning (Jan 19) and notice that the "Bid/Ask" is being driven by the London Main Market instead of the OTC market makers.
I am stunned that anybody is selling at $.22 when they can sell through their US broker at $1.71
I am not surprised that no long can figure out that they can buy on OTC and sell on LSE and make a huge profit (and can put a small percent back in NWBO to grow shares at the same time).
