Papadopoulos - No, your shares do not physically move. You still own the same common stock you bought on the OTC. What changes is where those shares are "priced" and "settled." Think of it like owning a house: the house stays where it is, but the real estate office handling the sale is moving from a back alley to a high-end commercial district.
2. The "Mirror" Effect (Dual-Listing):
NWBO is already dual-represented. You hold the US shares, but they are "mirrored" on the London system under ticker 0K95.
Retail Impact: For most US retail investors, you will continue to see NWBO in your brokerage account. However, your broker will now have access to the liquidity and "True Price" coming from the LSE Main Market rather than just the OTC Dark Pools.
3. The "Crest" Advantage (For Your Peace of Mind):
The biggest "automatic" change isn't the location of your shares, but the Security of the Settlement.
When the LSE becomes the primary venue, the shares are settled through Crest.
The Result: Unlike the US "Alley" where "ghost shares" (FTDs) can linger, the London Vault requires automated buy-ins. Your shares remain in your account, but they are now protected by Sovereign UK Settlement Rules.
4. Do I need to do anything?
In 99% of cases: Nothing. Your broker handles the back-end routing. You just wake up on Monday morning (Jan 19) and notice that the "Bid/Ask" is being driven by the London Main Market instead of the OTC market makers.
