Are we seeing the same link? I see none of that, just a settlement of the 2020 options lawsuit.

The 8-K filing from today, January 15, 2026, is a Section 7.01 (Regulation FD Disclosure) that provides the definitive update the market has been waiting for. It essentially formalizes the "Sovereign Shift" we have been tracking.
Forensic Breakdown of the Jan 15 8-K
1. The London Listing Activation (0K95)
The filing confirms that the company has officially applied for the Admission of its Common Stock to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.
The Ticker: It confirms the use of ticker 0K95.
The Date: Admission is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. (London time) on Monday, January 19, 2026—matching the launch of the new POATRs regime.

The 8K from today is settlement of the lawsuit against the company regarding a bonus they should not have received in 2020.

Seriously, what the ever-loving hell are you talking about?

Stay off the AI, man.

Trying to follow you here, but to be honest it's hard to see how you derived anything to do with the LSE from that 8K. If you can talk us through your reasoning that would be helpful as I think a lot of folk are in the dark here too. Exactly which parts of the 8K do you believe is pertinent to upcoming LSE related events on the 19th? All anyone else can see is the settlement of the options lawsuit. TIA

ilovetech, This sounds terrific, but I don't see any of what you're posting in the current 8-K.

For example, you wrote:

3. Sawston Manufacturing "Commercial Readiness"
The filing includes a progress report on the Sawston Facility, stating that the first Grade C manufacturing suite has achieved "operational validation" for commercial production[/quote]
Or this statement:

The filing confirms that the company has officially applied for the Admission of its Common Stock to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.

Where is this? As well as other items, such as opening Monday on the London Stock Exchange?

Can you please post the URL to the filing you're referring to? I don't see any of this in today's 8K. I understand that you're looking at this SEC filing as the final cog in a complex deciphering of what's needed to move to a new stock exchange, but I don't know where you're getting your quotes.

What in the flying filibusters are you talking about. If you're going to use AI, at least read it over before you hit send.

Is there any vallid reason for NWBO to have an inactive entity (OK95 - NWBO) registered with the LSE other than eventually having it activated for trading?

So NWBO will uplist to the LSE this Monday.

What is comical is that all the other AI generated crap is just as stupid as yours, just harder to prove wrong to those who prefer not to see.

Okay I get it now

1. UK institutions can trade NWBO stock in a more conservative market that isn't
affected by undue US market influence.
2. Significant capital influx in the UK markets without US price suppression
3. Clearance of legal hurdles frees UK institutions to invest
4. Vertical integration and clearance of legal hurdles has given NWBO a true UK
footprint as a US contractor.
5. Although we may not see some massive whiz-bang type of announcement or
fireworks, UK institutions will be able to influence the price through their quiet
investment in a more stable conservative market that is outside of US market
influence.
6. Look at the tape. There is at least one MM or group actively buying...
7. Approval and public uplist will provide further catalyst
