The way I'm reading it, the LSE can't happen until the litigation is complete.  The legal action is OFFICIALLY complete March 16, but NWBO does not need to wait until then to be accepted on the LSE now that the litigation is settled.  That could happen as soon as Monday!
How'd I do ILT??
