An inactive entity on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) or similar exchange often means it's dormant, suspended, or in the process of dissolution, but still legally existing, serving purposes like preserving its name, holding assets (like property), awaiting restructuring, or fulfilling reporting obligations (like Beneficial Ownership Information under the CTA) until fully wound up. Its purpose isn't active trading, but rather maintaining legal presence for future use, asset management, or compliance, even if it has ceased normal business operations.

Doclee,

Placeholder status for now. I expect almost all of Cambridgeshire and many beyond will want to easily invest in a world class leading tech zone they are living in or near to. Best wishes.

Is there any vallid reason for NWBO to have an inactive entity (OK95 - NWBO) registered with the LSE other than eventually having it activated for trading?

Because NWBO used to trade on the London Exchange. Per Gus's note, they keep a dormant entry around after the actual symbol has been deleted.
