Yes “trending” certainly implies not all votes are in. Sounds like less than the required 16 no votes to reject. Does trending mean the final outstanding votes could send the decision either way?
I thought the final vote was taken in private after the company made its oral presentation and question and answer period. What are they waiting for?
There are 30 voters. Is it now 14 no and 12 yes with 16 needed to decide so 4 undecided? Is it a 15 15 tie and they are negotiating within themselves?
