JoeyCav, That makes sense. NWBO accepts a lower net price NHS patients to satisfy the cost-effectiveness criteria and gain access to the larger UK public market. The list price can be higher for the UK private sector and international patients. Mfg capacity allocation is controlled by NWBO.

Edit: Looked up, there could also be an agreed upon NHS patient volume.
