At the point of submission, the decision making process was taken out off the Regulator's hands, by an independent fraud investigators.

This sounds like the kind of language you would have used in a former career, maybe something like:

‘His Highness’ funds were frozen by an independent fraud investigators.’

Leaving that aside, you speak with a great deal of certainty that is belied by your vague language.

That level of certainty (if real) would only come from from being able to answer the at least the first three of the following questions:

1. What specific agency is employing the independent fraud investigators?

2. Under what legal authority did the investigators act to take the applications out of MHRA’s hands?

3. Would NWBO have been officially told that their crucial application is under a fraud investigation (presumably a material event) or do you somehow know this but they don’t?

4, Is this the first time that MHRA has had an application taken out of their hands by ‘independent fraud investigators’ or are there other specific instances that you can direct us to for comparison?

I doubt you will be willing to provide any of the requested information and I think it is because you don’t know and are really just exploiting the long delay to add plausibility to a negative scenario just as some pumpers come up with increasingly far-fetched positive explanations for the delay in an MHRA up-or-down decision.
