Stipulation is they pay 50% more than the expected cost for British citizens. They can state that this new paridigm treatment should be made available to paying patients in order to expedite adoption and subsidize the cost to British citizens Iam surmising that this was nwbo plan when they gained approval for worldwide shipping of cells from the Advent facility.
