Wrong again. There are actually two ways into the mill, the other is a little less know off of hwy 395. But naturally since you know nothing about the town and who lives there you might try calling the city of Bishop and ask them if they’ve ever heard of their famous Namesake the Bishop Mill. Love to be a fly on the wall when they start laughing, but heck have your computer, and famous keyboard with you to help prove them wrong, LOL.
