Or maybe she wants to just sell one of her houses, (didn't I read here somewhere she has 5?) And wants to move around less at her advancing age? Just as equally plausible.
Just as plausible is she is planning on retiring after approval and wants to settle in her forever home. Or she is buying a house closer to Merck since she will be offered a seat on their board". Or she's tired of the weather in her area. Or she was offered a good price. Or interest rates are coming down and she wants to buy a different house. All equally as plausible as the "she wants to sell to buy more shares" explanation.
And how would investors know about her house sale? She didn't send out a PR did she?
