Moving to a cash position from equity by an insider is a strong signal about a possibility that Linda wants to buy NWBO stock once she is able to do so. You know what that kind of signal means to other investors. That’s the kind of signal that has the potential to create massive forward motion of share price.
I have claimed for years that one of the reasons the halt was not disclosed was to keep certain players from trading in NWBO stock and that also included NWBO insiders. If that is the case then when approval hits and that reason is disclosed insiders will be free to purchase stock and this is what could create a significant squeeze just on the legal shorts. Having significant cash on hand to purchase stock in large enough quantities to trigger this would be a necessary precursor; ). Best wishes.
