Unreasonable analogy.

A university exam is over and done. There is a deadline for when grades are posted.

The MHRA process includes back and forth (RFI), and is thus somewhat open-ended. Very different scenario.

There is nothing about quiet that implies success or failure. It is easily possible that there have been multiple RFI, and that there is an active one awaiting nwbo response. Perfectly reasonable part of the process, and not judging the outcome in any way.

I believe you are very familiar about this process. I think you are most likely have quite extensive experience. Because those without familiarity will have rather hard time to come up with such clarity. Am I correct?

Now here’s where NICE comes into the picture. NICE is like the registrar’s office. They don’t approve the degree. They don’t decide if the student passed. They’re just waiting for the final paperwork. When they say, “We haven’t received anything yet, the company isn’t ready,” that’s like the registrar saying, “The student hasn’t handed us the diploma packet yet.” That tells you the university already handed things off. The student is now finalizing the last details.

That’s what the NICE letter shows. MHRA’s role is likely complete. The ball is with NWBO. And that means we’re not in limbo, we’re in the final steps. Quiet isn’t failure. It’s process. It means the degree’s been earned, and now it’s just being printed.

Come on man, just stop.

There is a massive gap in the logic here and you know it (or maybe you don't, it's becoming apparent you may actually be this dumb).

You have given no evidence so support your claim that MHRA has internally approved.

In your analogy:

that’s like the registrar saying, “The student hasn’t handed us the diploma packet yet.” That tells you the university already handed things off. The student is now finalizing the last details.

this claim is not true. If the registrar says "the student hasn't handed us the diploma packet yet" it doesn't mean they've graduated. What if that student dropped out their sophomore yet? They haven't handed in their packet, doesn't mean they're walking across the stage. What if the student failed their final exam? The registrar's office doesn't go to each professor and ask which students passed. All they know is they haven't received the packet yet, for whatever reason.

NICE doesn't ask the MHRA if a product has been internally approved. They simply don't have the evidence submission from NWBO yet. Could be because NWBO is waiting on labeling, sure. Could also be because NWBO is in the middle of another RFI and doesn't want to submit EP until the approval is complete. Could be because they got referred to CHM for rejection and are appealing. All NICE knows is that they don't have the evidence submission.

Stop this irresponsible pumping.
