attilahunt, I believe he/she is closer to the company than we realize. To those claiming his answers are due to AI just doesn't cut it either. His knowledge and language of things that have transpired seem spot on. I believe, and of course cant be proven, is he was asked to come on this board and clarify whats going on by the company. I suspect he has legal expertise and knows what he/she can and cannot say. Funny that galzus quickly disappeared and his duties were handed over to less intelligent lowlife judascoin earners. I'm thinking that Slave1 may be one of the consultants who drove the application and RFI's through the approval process since he knows so much of what is going on. Who else can have this knowledge and understanding of what has transpired over the last 2 years?

If there is any even remote possibility this is true (believe me when I say it is not), he is in violation of his NDA and is an insider sharing material non-public information illegally.

So no, this is not a plausible scenario.

Explain one simple point.

. Slave1 asserts that the NICE process is on hold waiting for the SmPC
. NICE states cleary all they need is the draft SmPC
. A draft version of the SmPC was submited in the MAA (module 1 to be exact) in 2023.

So why is the process blocked on that?
