I'm thinking that Slave1 may be one of the consultants who drove the application and RFI's through the approval process since he knows so much of what is going on.

What you mean is he is spinning a story you like.

Explain one simple point.

. Slave1 asserts that the NICE process is on hold waiting for the SmPC
. NICE states cleary all they need is the draft SmPC
. A draft version of the SmPC was submited in the MAA (module 1 to be exact) in 2023.

So why is the process blocked on that?
