In the filing is a section “Certain Company Initiatives to Remove Aged Debt. “ The only shares issued since 2016 was to remove Convertible Debenture debt to the benefit of the Company. Some of debentures were settled in cash others in shares to the benefit of he Company.
Never has a vendor nor a service provider be paid in shares . Do the math . One removal of aged debt with benefit to the Company as CDs removed totally, lender by lender. Volatility gone.
