The company stuffs the debt on the shoulders of the shareholders.

Look. Face it. This company loses money hand over fist EVERY QUARTER. It borrows EVERY QUARTER to keep alive. Goes deeper and DEEPER into debt every quarter.

DBMM will pay off that debt with shares someday down the road. And that debt will keep going on the shoulders of shareholders.

That’s all DBMM does. Borrow and use shares to pay it off - because the business STINKS.
