Yup.

You know, these dummies don't realize it, but DBMM is simply printing its own money supply and foisting it onto the shareholders.

Every time they pay for loans, CD's and services by vendors with shares, they are using the authorized shares to do it. When they run out of authorized shares, what do they invariably do? They wave their magic wands and authorize more! And when they give THOSE shares out as money for debt incurred, services rendered, etc? Who pays the cash for them? The shareholders! Through dilution

Yet the dummies never realize they are paying for it and basically getting zero in return. The company drones on, it never makes a dime in profit, Linda gets her $150K/year deferred salary, Reggie gets his $100K+/ year take home plus some additional deferred salary! The share price barely ever rises above a penny for the past 20 years. But the dummies keep saying how wonderful Linda and Reggie are, how smart they are, how soon they will all be millionaires once the MOASS happens.

Except a MOASS never does happen! Linda never utters a peep about any kind of naked share position, and nothing is ever done to expose it (mostly because she knows it never existed in the first place!). The company drones on year after year after year. And nothing EVER happens but more borrowing, more share dilution and more years of no profit.

And the shareholders lap it all up like it's honey!
