Once again, your "legal analysis" is laughable. There are any number of perfectly valid reasons why XERI may have asked for more time to address XTI's counterclaim! In fact, the more legal holes there are in the counterclaim, the more time XERI's lawyers may need to address them all. But why not wait for the details to be made public before you jump to another conclusion?

Your fantasy is falling apart though. You're 'running' the legal case now and how it should go and be argued, yet, you won't read the actual damn XTI Notice of Default that all this is about. You're an idiot.

Your buddies JohnnyDope n KZilla think you're wrong too.

Those XTI Notice of Default claims that are ridiculous, which I discussed previously too.

The delay is not for the sake of delaying as you paranoid think, it is a request because Xeriant's attorney wanted more time to complete an appropriate thorough reply to the ridiculous number of ridiculous complaints and claims by XTI in it's ridiculous Notice of Default.

I tried to discuss this with you, but you were a __________, with your lack of response with your chirp... chirp... crickets.

You're all about being negative, and issuing insults, and having everyone tell you how great you are.

just like I said from the very start about you. you're a country punk.

It is standard case procedure to request additional time to file an answer, hence readily approved by the judge. You're a paranoid, and so as you keep making things up you think standard court procedure is something it is not.
