Looks like XERI are the ones scrambling for time. Why did they ask for Extension of Time to Answer XTI's MOTION to Dismiss Defendant's AMENDED ANSWER with COUNTERCLAIM . Why delay if YOUR CLAIM "XTI's baseless "default" counterclaim has been totally taken apart by XERI's lawyers." Is TRUE?????
Just like the NoD wasn't about XERI NOT making the INITIAL $1 mil DP from the start.
CAN XERI produce this imaginary letter that BOTH parties agreed to MODIFICATIONS of the BUDGET SCHEDULED that was REDACTED so investors were denied that important information.

Why would XTI DEMAND a JURY trial IF XERI had already taken apart XTIs "BASELESS DEFAULT" counterclaim. Seems XTI is confident in winning this case out right by a jury decision.
