You nailed it JRoon! I remember Amarin clarifying Denner's actions during the proxy fight and, like you said, the offered junior, unqualified candidates AND did not make them available for review on time to accepted. A completely faked scenario so they could justify going for 100% control

I mean how much worse can it get? We're at 40 cents and staring at a 20-1 RS.

I was a huge proponent of Denner because he invested $100 mil of his own cash along with us, but he has proven so far to be as bad as the previous regime. No transparency and no real progress I can see.

Maybe he has a plan but it would sure be nice to understand WTH it is. So far, I was dead wrong about him.
