Which was great until he gained control of the board. He's proven in the past that he uses questionable tactics to get what he wants, sometimes at the expense of the company and/or shareholders.

I was a huge proponent of Denner because he invested $100 mil of his own cash along with us

Mr. Main, you know it reminds me of that attorney that Amarin hired to do the Du appeal. He was touted as unbeatable and we all watched a linked video of an interview with him. Thought it was a shoo-in at the appeal and when we listened to it, he couldn't get out a word edgewise and everything he brought up backfired on him. Denner's reputation preceded him and I (like many) thought he was a bio genius. Turns out not so much and like you say no different from previous management in terms of interaction with shareholders. Looking at it now, I am not very impressed with his brain power. He obviously screwed up by buying in the very first time by misjudging or actually not realizing how grave the situation here in the U.S was wrt Generics and how tough a slog it would be in the EU. The only thing I will give him compared to previous management is that he was dumb enough to put his own money here.

These investors recognize the foul smell coming from the board room:

This move does not inspire confidence, as reverse splits typically have a negative effect on a stock’s future price.

I have question for you Mr Main, as our holdings and exit target have been very similar.  Before anyone stomps on me, yes I realize everything is based on market cap (sp times shares), but MrMain based on our original target, do you think we will ever see a stock price of $100 a share?
