Sarissa made a disingenuous presentation on board representation. They sent two junior analysts to be on the board. VERY junior. Knowing full well that Amarin would not accept that, and in turn, making it look like Amarin was not negotiating in good faith.

But generally, Sarissa should have just had representation on the board, not the entire board.

Regardless, here we are. Let's just hope this goes well, and doesn't go off the rails.

KM, though, made a strategic mistake by not letting Denner's folks get involved at all and by not responding quickly and adequately to them when they were seeking to intervene.
