Why do you continue to argue with long-standing shareholders who possess far greater knowledge of this company and its stock?

If you think you have a solution to stop any naked short selling in DBMM, why aren't you addressing your concerns with management instead of attacking?

A Preferred Share Dividend does not force a Naked short covering as you falsely claim. The cost of maintaining the short position might increase but it does not force a covering.

Stop your bullshit, you look foolish. You have taken over Poo28's spot as the biggest clown with 0 credibility on this site.

Apparently your factual comments are annoying, very good sign Krombacher 😉 Shorties/bashers never like the exposed truth, especially on $DBMM board.

Yes. The real issue IS you.

You come on this board acting like the Saviour of DBMM.

Great!

Then SAVE it!

Jetmek, you’ve spent an impressive amount of time trying to discredit me, but you’ve completely dodged the main issue: Why hasn’t DBMM taken a simple action that would prove, once and for all, whether naked shorting exists?

I'm not "dodging any issue"! How in GOD'S NAME am I supposed to be responsible for DBMM's inaction??? I just said - if YOU think that that DBMM should make an effort, then START THE BALL ROLLING. I will not make an effort because I am nearly 100% sure that there is NO "NAKED" SHORT POSITION in DBMM!

If YOU think there is? Then DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Be the board HERO!!

As to some of your other points -

You and Stock Barber claim you’d welcome anything that exposes shorts, yet you attack the one proven strategy that would do just that.

Go ahead bright boy! Keep putting out those LIES! Prove where I am attacking "the one strategy that will prove it"??? For God's SAKE! I am asking you to CONTACT THE COMPANY and implore Linda to put your suggestions into play! Tell me - how IN THE WORLD is that "attacking your strategy"?? AGAIN - I want to see this fantasy of a huge NSS position either proven or cast down!!! I say to you - GO AHEAD AND MAKE IT HAPPEN!

The stock rallied strongly after the CE removal, only to be met with immediate capping and selling pressure.

No. It wasn't the "strong rally" most here predicted. It went up to $.039. Yes, a healthy percentage rise. But NOTHING like the "dollars a share" that was predicted to happen when the CE was dropped! THAT is why it died! There was no giant volume spike, people saw this and acted accordingly. Their was no "capping"! Again...PROVE THERE WAS! You CANNOT!

You bring up DBMM’s declining revenue, but you fail to consider:

A suppressed stock price limits capital-raising opportunities.

DBMM’s ability to attract new clients is hampered when its stock is artificially devalued.

The company was under an SEC battle for years—a major distraction from growth.

Horse poop! Those are all convenient excuses. Apparently, Linda doesn't think they are holding DBMM back. She thinks they will have $1M in revenue in fiscal 2025! She has STATED THIS EXPRESSLY!

You love to focus on whether I’ve contacted Linda, but let’s be clear:

This isn’t about me—it’s about why DBMM management isn’t taking action on their own.

You claim to want proof of shorting, yet you won’t push DBMM to act.

If DBMM is so confident there are no shorts, why don’t they prove it?

Bull. I"M not the one who started the music on this! YOU are!

I've already stated that I will NOT contact the company. Why? I believe it's a WASTE of my time - I FIRMLY BELIEVE there is NO NSS. However, YOU firmly believe there is. You continue to try to be the board hero here, by suggesting it over and over. WHY DON'T YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! But you won't. You are a FAKE.

Put Up or Shut Up – But Not to Me, To DBMM

If you really believe what you’re saying, demand action from DBMM.

A preferred share dividend would prove everything.

If DBMM refuses to act, that tells you all you need to know.

Right back at you SMARTASS. In fact, I can't believe you said that. YOU are the one promoting action from DBMM!

I'M not the one who started all this crap again! YOU DID! SO GO TO WORK. BE the HERO!

The burden isn’t on me—it’s on DBMM management to take action.

The fact that you spend all your energy attacking me instead of pressuring DBMM says it all.

Oh. Now the "burden isn't on me"????

What happened to all those companies you talked about who were going to "put your suggestions into action" and expose THEIR naked shorts? I guess you had no problem contacting them, right???? What is preventing you from contacting DBMM???

Don't make this about ME!!! It isn't! You came on this board and started caterwauling about how DBMM should act to expose some sort of NSS!

You started the ball.

Now DANCE. Again - Put up or SHUT UP!

And as far as this statement of yours?

A preferred share dividend would prove everything.

If DBMM refuses to act, that tells you all you need to know.

I agree. If DBMM does not want to act to expose the existence of a naked short position?

There are two distinct possibilities:

1. DBMM knows there is NO naked short position in DBMM and doesn't see the need to act on trying to expose something that is non-existent.

2. DBMM knows there IS a naked short position and does not want to expose it.

This last idea has been floated around before here on this board (and others). It's been rumored that the possibility exists that DBMM is trying to protect some players that are involved in any "naked shorting" that went on in DBMM. I have no idea of whether or not this is true. But if management was hedging their bets at the time of the SEC suspension? Who knows, but it's been suggested by some (not me - I have no idea of anything being true about this) that possibly someone close to DBMM was in league with the company to naked short DBMM. That way, if DBMM did go BK and went out of business, they could still profit from it.

If that is true (and I'm not saying it is - just that it is certainly possible), that could be a reason why no one from DBMM even breathes a WORD about even the possibility of a naked short share existence in DBMM.
