If pricing isn't immediately addressed to reach NHS patients depending on NICE's cost-effectiveness review then staff at Advent will keep sitting on their thumbs get bored doing nothing and probably start leaving Advent. I am sure Powers will not want to risk that to happen to her beloved Advent.

Advent gets paid that $15M/y even if they have nothing to do for NWBO but sit on their thumbs. That can pay for a lot of thumb injuries.
