Yep. It’s preposterous to think Advent is just siting around waiting for NWBO. Very suspicious of a post like that.

as an employer of 21 staff myself. If you do not challenge your employees they will walk (unless of course you are paying obscene salaries for doing nothing).
I therefore really believe that Advent staff will start looking elsewhere if they are not challenged in their field. Remember that most Advent stuff is, probably, already sitting on their thumbs for many, many months doing the same drill over and over.
