If pricing isn't immediately addressed to reach NHS patients depending on NICE's cost-effectiveness review then staff at Advent will keep sitting on their thumbs get bored doing nothing and probably start leaving Advent. I am sure Powers will not want to risk that to happen to her beloved Advent. Engaging with NICE as early as possible is crucial to avoiding delays in reimbursement and market access in the UK.
