I agree. No NICE reimbursement in 2025. Unlikely until mid 2026 at the earliest.

FeMike: Please explain factually and clearly why NICE reimbursement won't happen for at least 6 months? I expect your answer to be based on facts, not on supposition or whimsy.

Many thanks in advance, my friend.

That is very dark and too negative Mike. If pricing isn't immediately addressed to reach NHS patients depending on NICE's cost-effectiveness review then staff at Advent will keep sitting on their thumbs get bored doing nothing and probably start leaving Advent. I am sure Powers will not want to risk that to happen to her beloved Advent. Engaging with NICE as early as possible is crucial to avoiding delays in reimbursement and market access in the UK.

FeMike first reaction post.

Six months from approval.

FeMike second reaction post

Four months from approval.

Anyway, that wasn’t answering Doc Lee’s original comment. His comment is that he’d be extremely disappointed if she hasn’t been addressing price with NICE.

So, you may have run out a possible timeline, not certain, but the reality is NWBO started around August by hiring two experts to begin stage one of reimbursement preparations.

Upon (hopefully) approval, I would be disappointed if her reimbursement planning and action hasn’t been up to snuff since her last communication in the 10q on these matters, but instead, I expect she’ll present a very robust history and plan that began last summer and is in motion.

We’ll see how this is all laid out.
