Who is kidding who? The Judge has been trying to get NWBO to settle for MONTHS. LP wants a JURY. It’s evident the Market Makers have caused severe harm to NWBO. The JURY WILL NOT BE GENTLE WITH THE MARKET MAKERS! WE ARE TALKING BILLIONS NOW TO SETTLE. Upon Approval, the settlement amount and or the amount awarded to by the Jury will increase because it is even clearer that the market makers were holding up the next step in cancer treatment. The Market Makers are in a world of hurt and they know the Jury will be punitive towards them.
