I'm not completely happy that only 40 million shares are under consideration. The bastards(MM) and their buddies are wholely responsible for the plunge in value, it's bloody obvious!

I expect the seven devils will now enter into settlement talks with $NWBO management and lawyers. I really hope LP decides to take this to a jury trial but I have my doubts. Discovery cuts both ways, don't you know? Thermo has been a friend to $NWBO and his identity would surely be exposed. My guess is he's our latest board of directors member. All of his potential transactions, long and short, could very well be in those trades that will be scrutinized to high heaven! GLTA
