(1) NWBio owns all of the equipment, and clean rooms at the Sawston facility.
(2) NWBio owns all of the DCVax-L and DCVax Direct patents worldwide.
(3) NWBio owns all of the Flaskworks devices & the Flaskworks patents located at the Sawston facility and worldwide.
(4) NWBio owns all of the cryopreservation freezers at the Sawston facility.
(5) NWBio owns & controls the long-term lease of the Sawston facility.
(6) NWBio will soon own the commercial marketing authority (MA) for commercializing DCVax-L throughout the UK.
7) NWBio will own all of the global commercial approvals for DCVax-L and DCVax-Direct.
(8) Advent is just the CDMO hired by NWBio to operate the Sawston facility. Advent provides employees to operate the facility. Advent serves at the pleasure of NWBio, and this arrangement is controlled by NWBio.
