Atl, am I correct in believing that Advent has been keeping much of the money received from compassionate use of DCVax-L in order to finish the larger cleanrooms at Sawston intended to house multiple EDEN units once they've been approved for commercial production.
I believe that NWBO will pay for the manufacture of the EDEN units, and once they're approved Advent will be able to deploy them in commercial manufacturing in virtually a matter of days, though an inspection of that facility is probably required, and that could result in a delay.
I don't know if the current contract with NWBO already includes the post approval commercial production with the EDEN, or not. Clearly the facility was approved for manual commercial production in the UK previously.
I still believe that when approvals are in from all over the world, Advent and CRL will be NWBO's CDMO's for worldwide production, storage, and distribution of the vaccine.
Of course all this could change if NWBO is either bought out, or partnered with a BP that wanted to take over this function under terms of the partnership.
