The Judge may have reduced the size of the suit, but I still believe the 7 MM's will never want this to go to court. I still wouldn't be surprised if a settlement isn't forthcoming in the near future.

The MTD is not the main gateway prior to going to trial. That would come after discovery with the motions for summary judgement,.

If it gets past that stage, then I agree a settlement is likely.

Nwbo has no money for discovery. It's a crappy case. No one is going to spend 5 million to make 15 million. Stein basically upheld the mtd. Even in the southern district of NY nwbo comes up short. 

Let's focus on mhra approval. This is a biotechnology company.
