Sure great, Flaskworks systems will probably also be used in other cancer research and treatment facilities and CDMO's (such as CRL) NWBO will be cooperating with in the future, so not that special.

All the equipment and the ~ 15 years of the lease are owned by NWBO.

I never did get this argument. So what. American Airlines and other airliners are leasing Boeings and other equipment from lease companies does Boeing or the lease company now own AA?. Almost all capital-intense companies lease, so why would that make the Advent - NWBO relation any different?

The licensing of the facility and importing and exporting are owned by NWBO.

And the import export licensing is tissue agnostic

Absolutely that is why Advent can sell to any other customers, not just to NWBO

Would it have been more profitable to keep funding Cognate?

Had NWBO stayed with CRL then NWBO would have been able to submit a request for approval 2 years earlier and did not have to dilute shareholders with 100's millions of shares to fund Advent.

What pisses me off is not knowing the final commercial breakdown of revenue.

I have been predicting that NWBO will be bought together with Advent. When it comes to Advent being bought, good for LP and Toucan no reward on investment for NWBO shareholders.
