Am I happy with the situation? No, but the light is not as dim as you make it. Flaskworks systems will be used in the facility. NWBO owns this technology. All the equipment and the ~ 15 years of the lease are owned by NWBO. The licensing of the facility and importing and exporting are owned by NWBO. 

And the import export licensing is tissue agnostic. So all these assets are valuable. Would it have been more profitable to keep funding Cognate? I do not know. We will know when commercial sales start. What pisses me off is not knowing the final commercial breakdown of revenue. But, it could be moot if mergers and BO happen.
