Too much to reply when I do not have the time but I will touch a few points.
The facility is NWBO's with all the licensing. NWBO can say to Advent take a hike and AZN or someone else could run the facility. As far as Flaskworks it is NWBO's and royalties are our ours no matter who uses it. It is a big deal and based on its use will determine final manufacturing pricing. But to be honest with you I do not see them using another CDMO. They have capacity at Sawston for roughly 250K patients for any type of tissue. So for me, the CRL argument falls short.
