What would happen if regulators determined
that companies conspired in multiple ways, including reducing the health and survival of cancer patients by intentionally reducing cancer fighting therapy production also, coincidentally, needed in a new company’s supply chain, just to keep a new technology at bay? Would murder charges be appropriate?

And ironically there are few here who post every day dozens of time a day and reply to every post critical of management . But no one calls them out . But if someone posts on the other side even half the times , he/she is paid by "bosses"

Yep, welcome to LP and The Clown Show with a following of the Lemmings Cult. You can spot their post. They never say anything that holds mute inept nonmanagement accountable. These are the paid pumpers and maybe mumbling Les in diguise. The market has been booming for years, but anyone holding this POS has almost lost their entire investment. I barely hold any shares now and damn glad of it.
