Tuesday Night was fully sleepless to me I read a lot LOL on internets. went down a Diddy rabbit hole. I refuse to go down Politics rabbit holes USA or Kanada. its all too crazy. I had a minor medical issue but at 60 that kept me from sleeping and after just visiting a far healthier mate than me in the stroke unit on weekend it truly was minor. That is 4 mates in last 4 years in same unit - 2 in their 40s and 2 in their 50s. Only one had preexisting of note. Two had blood clots I do keep my BP and my chloresteral in check blood work twice a year along with GP visits right after. Still well overweight but walk daily and play Hockey twice a week and walk 100 rounds of golf in 7 months yearly.
some may say I drink too much ( My wife) but not really you should see my friends and even their wives LOL as some of them can now drink me under table
I decided to read the notice. It seems that the biggest problem with the drug is that it makes you want to sleep and is addictive.
It is an opioid class painkiller so... Not that I'm a personal advocate, nor is this a reco, but this is where cannabis "can" benefit. Tramadol, as with most opioids are painkillers NOT muscle relaxers. Cannabis, on the other hand, depending on strains, does possess qualities for both. If it's a "short" term duration issue, I guess you deal with it. But, if chronic pain and insomnia are debilitating or going to be longstanding, then it's an option you might consider. I have a couple of veteran friends with a history of long-term / chronic pain that use it for that very purpose who claim it's great (and no, they don't use it everyday).
