rdar has followed through so far on what they have pr'd. think it'll all get updated in time. being traders we want it now.

don't see these guys as typical otc management

All good points. We probably know next four weeks. 
But one point you didn't talk about? Who is all this massive buying of shares floating the market? For sure no IHub Money. If it would be IHub money especially after 3 years of biggest Desaster of OTC ever people would have stopped much earlier buying and PPS would be at 0.0001 back like it used to be with old RDAR. 
So finally my personal conclusion is something is coming and I can wait for it.

I am in another one that is very promising, but again otc markets takes forever to update. It honestly is ridiculous.

What he does entails knowing big money. That's it. He isn't anything special. IMO
