I'm in on this HEAVY BUT I am not impressed at all at this time.
1. OTC Mkts is not updated .. the description isn't accurate
2. Still says it's a Shell
3. New name isn't on OTC Markets
4. The phone number doesn't work
5. The website PR doesn't return a call or email
6. Daniel hasn't returned my emails
7. The CEO doesn't return a message on LinkedIn.
8. Daniel may have gotten lucky with the SPAC. He isn't a rocket scientist. What he does entails knowing big money. That's it. He isn't anything special. IMO

The company isnt impressing me.
Can they dilute YES. But to what extent before they lose all Retail and then Retail jams the ask SMH...
I'm holding a little longer. BUT my PAYtience is truly being tested.
